Confirming your email

I did not receive a verification email. What do I do?

  • Please check your spam folder. Sometimes the verification email ends up there.
  • Please make sure your inbox is not full. If your inbox is full, Serializd can not send you a verification email.
  • Please make sure the email address you used for your Serializd account is the correct one.
  • Try to have the verification email sent one more time, by going to the home page of the app or website, and clicking "Resend verification email".
  • If none of the above work, please email help@serializd.com with your username.

I get an error when trying to confirm my email

  • Try to verify one more time, by going to the home page of the app or website, and clicking "Resend verification email", and then clicking the link in the new email.
  • If this does not work, please email help@serializd.com with your username.
