I don’t want to sound dramatic but this show really changed me. Before I watched it I was so much more cynical. Watching it for the first time made me realize that just because life sucks doesn’t mean we have to be terrible people. We can be nice and kind no matter how bad it gets. The world is a cruel, hard place and we don’t need to make it harder. This is a group of people who genuinely care for each other and the things they do. And it’s still a hilarious show! I love parks and recreation. Ben Wyatt is also the best character.
