Shovel Knight, Cuphead, the Knight, and Madeline cooperate with a "robot" named Charlotte, with a mission in mind of taking down a rogue in order to go home, leading them to a cybernetic metropolis. Niko joins in the chaos while the Drifter and the Beheaded clash with a powerful opponent. Meanwhile, Frisk's morality is tested as they face Springtrap.
